• Booking details — passenger first/last name, route, dates, and email.
• Payment — handled by Stripe; we receive a payment confirmation and the last 4 digits/brand, never your full card number.
• Reservation data — the airline PNR and order reference returned by our flight-content provider (Duffel).
• Technical — IP address and basic logs for fraud prevention and PNR-verification requests.

2. How we use it

• To create your reservation, deliver your PDF and email, and provide support.
• To auto-cancel the hold and to prevent abuse/fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Processors we share data with

We use trusted processors strictly to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Duffel (flight reservation), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep booking records only as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to certain processing. Email office@globalsynergy.online and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS. We use encryption in transit and restrict access to booking data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
