Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VerifiedTraveler and the onward-ticket reservation service available at onwardticketverified.com (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We create a real, temporary flight reservation with a genuine airline booking reference (PNR) through travel-industry distribution systems. The reservation is a hold that is not paid/ticketedand is designed to be cancelled automatically (typically within ~48 hours). You can verify the PNR on the operating airline's "Manage Booking" page using the booking reference and passenger last name.

2. What we do NOT promise

We do not sell a flight you can travel on, and we do not guarantee that any embassy, airline, or border authority will accept the reservation for any particular purpose. Visa and entry decisions are made solely by those authorities. The reservation is intended as proof of an itinerary/onward booking, not a paid ticket.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown at checkout (currently $16 one-way, $24 return, or the Nomad Pass subscription at $35/month). Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the displayed amount.

4. Accurate information

You must provide a passenger name exactly as it appears in the travel document, and a valid email. We are not responsible for a reservation that fails to verify because of inaccurate details you supplied.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: if we cannot deliver a reservation with a verifiable PNR, you get a full refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for fraud, identity misuse, or any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel service and report abuse.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reservation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including denied boarding, denied entry, or rejected visa applications.
